Terms of Use
Last updated: [DATE] · Operated by [COMPANY NAME], [JURISDICTION]
1. What Coinkit is
Coinkit is a software tool that helps you create a token on the Solana blockchain from your own wallet. Coinkit does not issue, sell, promote, list or trade tokens. You are the creator of any token you make.
2. Your wallet, your keys
All transactions are signed inside your own wallet. We never ask for, receive or store your seed phrase or private keys, and we never hold your SOL or tokens. Anyone asking for your seed phrase on our behalf is not us.
3. Fees
Before you sign, we show every cost: network rent, transaction fees, storage and our service fee of 0.05 SOL, sent as a normal transfer in the same transaction. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so fees are not refundable once confirmed.
4. Your responsibilities
By using Coinkit you agree that you will not:
- impersonate another token, project, person or brand;
- use a name, ticker or image you do not have the right to use;
- use a token to mislead, defraud or manipulate others;
- break any law that applies to you, including securities, tax and sanctions laws.
5. Permanent actions
Revoking mint authority, revoking freeze authority and making details immutable cannot be undone by you, by us or by anyone else. Images and details uploaded to permanent storage cannot be deleted.
6. No advice
Nothing on Coinkit is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Creating a token is not an investment. See the Risk disclosure.
7. Service provided as is
Coinkit depends on the Solana network, wallets, storage providers and RPC services we do not control. We provide the tool as is, without warranties, and to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses from network failures, wallet errors, congestion, or your use of tokens you create.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
