Risk disclosure

Tokens usually have no value
A new token has no price until someone creates a market for it, and most never get one. Having a token in your wallet does not mean anyone will buy it.
Fees are spent, not invested
The SOL you pay for rent, transaction fees, storage and our service fee is used up to create the token. Part of the rent may be recoverable only if accounts are closed later.
Blockchain actions are final
Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed. Revoked authorities and immutable details stay that way forever. Mistakes in the name, ticker or supply may be impossible to fix.
Liquidity pools carry extra risk
If you add your token and SOL to a pool, you can lose some or all of what you put in, including through price swings, automated trading bots and low trading activity.
Scams and impersonation
Scammers copy token names and contact creators pretending to offer listings or promotion. Never share your seed phrase. Coinkit will never ask for it.
Legal and tax obligations
Depending on where you live and what you do with a token, securities, consumer protection or tax rules may apply to you. You are responsible for checking them.
Technical risk
Network congestion, outages, wallet bugs or storage provider failures can delay or break a transaction or make an image temporarily unavailable.
